Free-arm sewing
It is possible to remove the cloth plate of your sewing
machine. This allows easier sewing for trousers hems,
sleeves and elastic stitching.
To remove the cloth plate:
• Lift the internal right base ends with both hands at
the same time (illustration 1).
* Slide the piece to the left and off the machine.
