1. Turn hand wheel until the needle is in its highest position and
liftthe presserfoot.
2. Openthe slide plate.
3. Slide feed cover on top of needle plate pressingtabs (A) and
(B) into holes.
4. Close side plate.
5. To remove, open slide plate and lift front edge of cover pull it
away
6. Bring thread up through the hole of the feed cover, following
the same procedure as when passingthe thread or changing
bobbin.
