1. Prior to version 1.93, this byte was zero
2. Wn1-Wn3 repeated for each Data Request.
3. Wn3 set to 0 will output a complete data set for records which contain more than
one record in the set; i.e. 0x44 contains 35 records corresponding to 1 set.
4. Wf7-Address follows WnX (only required if network port is used).
5. When the Nav rate > 1Hz, and scheduled On Change, the 0XB1 msg will be output at
same rate as nav rate. However, xB0 does not follow the Nav rate and if > 1Hz is
desired, must be scheduled at the desired rate (i.e.; 5Hz).
