0x78 - Network Information (response) – Variable Length
Used to request Network Information to be compiled by the GPS engine and provided to the
user. It uses a sub-ID located in W2 to determine what information is requested. (The standard
block request process using Message 0x20 does not support this Command.)
The length of the message determines if the block is a request or a response. A request
message is always 6 bytes. Note that the response from these requests might take a few
seconds while the information is gathered.
