NCT messages 0x5e and 0x5b
RTCM Messages (Type 20 and 21)
CMR and RTCM Messages (Type 18 and 19)
Blocks listed at the same level indicate that the system will keep with the
active one until it is lost. A higher class will replace the active stream
immediately.
