2.3.3 Adjustment
When the linear scale is an open type, adjust the head installation. For details on the
adjustment method, contact the manufacturer of the scales.
When the linear scale is a sealed type, adjustment is not required. However, the
dimensional tolerances for installation must be maintained.
When installed as shown in the
diagram on the left, operation is
performed in the forward direc-
tion when the sensor head is
moved to the right.
When installed as shown in the
