Viewing the Properties of a Specific Meeting Room
You can view Meeting Rooms that are not assigned to your group, as long as
you know the Meeting Room name and password.
To view the properties of a specific Meeting Room:
1.
In the Meeting Room window, click the More Meeting Rooms button.
