Electrical System
Check for battery voltage at
blower switch connector,
Pin 2, wire [2] (RED/WHT).
Heater fan does not
operate.
Repair/replace
heater harness.
Check for battery voltage at
blower switch connector; Pin
1, wire [1] (YEL) with switch
set to LOW speed; Pin 4,
wire [4] (RED) with switch set
to MEDIUM speed; and Pin 3,
wire [3] (ORG) with switch set
to HIGH speed.
Replace blower switch.
Not

If OK
Before troubleshooting any
electrical circuit, ALWAYS
begin by checking the
following:
1. All connections relating
to circuit are clean and
tight.
Check 15-amp heater fuse. Replace fuse.

Check for battery voltage at
fuse block female connector
wire [52] (ORG).
Repair/replace cab harness.
Not

If OK
Check for battery voltage at
blower connector; Pin 1, wire
[1] (YEL) with switch set to
LOW speed; Pin 4, wire [4]
(RED) with switch set to
MEDIUM speed; and Pin 3,
wire [3] (ORG) with switch set
to HIGH speed.
If OK
Not
OK
Repair/replace
heater harness.
If OK
Check for proper ground at
blower motor.
If OK
Not
OK
Clean, tighten and recheck.
Replace blower motor.
