Stabil-TRAK™ indicator
stays ON with boom
below 40°.
Check Stabil-Lock relay
circuit 114B (BLU/ORG) for
battery voltage.
MH3430
Replace boom relay.
Check circuit 40 (BRN/BLK)
at solenoid 3 on Stabil-TRAK
cylinder for battery voltage.
Stabil-TRAK™
Indicator
Check for “0” volts on circuit
48 (PUR/BLK) at
Stabil-Lock relay.
Replace service brake switch.
Check for battery voltage on
circuit 46 (WHT/ORG) and
45B (DK BLU/ORG) at brake
pedal switch. If battery
voltage is found on circuit
45B, replace brake
pedal switch.
Check for “0” battery voltage
at Pin 3 of the 8 pin park
brake switch connector.
Replace park brake switch.
If OK
Not

Before troubleshooting this
electrical circuit, ALWAYS
begin by checking the
following:
1. Boom below 40°.
2. Transmission shifter in
NEUTRAL.
3. Park Brake OFF.
