Error messages
The following error messages are stored:
Error number Description
411 TouchProbeSelect incorrect: TP channel not available
• TouchProbeSelect > 1 for ECSxM
• TouchProbeSelect > 2 for Servo Drive 9400
412 TouchProbeMode incorrect:
• TouchProbeMode > 1 for ECSxM (Only ’Single measurement’ is supported.)
• TouchProbeMode > 2 for Servo Drive 9400
413 TouchProbeEdge incorrect: If "TouchProbeSignal = zero pulse" is selected, only the ’positive
edge’ edge evaluation is possible
• TouchProbeMode > 1 for ECSxM (Only ’Single measurement’ is supported.)
• TouchProbeMode > 2 for Servo Drive 9400
414 TouchProbeEdge incorrect: Requested edge evaluation is not available
• TouchProbeEdge > 2 for ECSxM (Only positive or negative edge possible.)
• TouchProbeEdge > 4 for Servo Drive 9400 (Type of edge evaluation is not supported.)
415 TP channel not free:
TP channel has already been activated via another block.
416 Touch probe is not possible for the currently selected process data mapping.
417 Internal error / TP channel not free:
TP channel has already been activated via another block.
418 Internal error:
Timeout during command to be executed of the drive
420 Servo Drive 9400: Incorrect PDO mapping, no touch probe data contained.
421 ECSxM: Selected channel is not supported, only channel "1" permissible
422 ECSxM: Selected mode is not supported, only "Single measurement" permissible
423 ECSxM: Selected edge evaluation is not supported, only "Triggering with positive edge"
permissible
