Maintenance

Turn on SCS equipment.

Turn on any peripheral equipment (DSTI controller, ProShow® system, Stats computers, signal converters,
etc.).

Execute any display initialization scripts or other necessary scripts.

Check the operation of the A/B Interface.

Verify the SyncBack application runs and that the primary system successfully mirrors to the backup
controller.

Check for any working auxiliary feeds (All Sport® , camera feed, DakStats®, DSTI, RTD feeds, etc).
Messages may display at this time

Shutdown

Task

Blank displays.

Turn off power to displays, if possible.

Turn off power to A/B Interfaces and Signal Converter.

Turn off power to all Video/Image Processors.

Close all program windows on DMP-7000 computers and shut down.

Close all program windows on SCS computers and shut down.

Close all program windows on DSTI computer and shut down.

Turn off any related peripheral equipment.

Routine Maintenance

Tip: Do not perform maintenance tasks or upgrades immediately prior to or during an
event.
