0 = Stop, 1 = Execute (Continue), 2 = Resend command

length

: Reply command size (the number of bytes)

0 to 30

: Reply command data

Specify length × 2 digits with 0 to 9, A to F, a to f = 4 bit per digit (in

hexadecimal)

Mask

:

Specify length × 2 digits with 0 to 9, A to F, a to f = 4 bit per digit (in
hexadecimal)

memo:

Up to 14 characters of 20 to 7D except 2C (,). “2 ASCII codes”
