0 = 24bit COLOR [Default], 1 = 30 bit COLOR

Parameter ch : Input channel
0 = All digital inputs, 1 = IN1 to 5 = IN5
format_1-7 :Audio format [Default]: Only linear PCM is available.
0 = Linear PCM, 1 = AC-3/Dolby Digital, 2 = AAC,
3 = Dolby Digital+, 4 = DTS, 5 = DTS-HD, 6 = Dolby TrueHD
frequency_1-7 : Sampling frequency
0 = Output disabled, 1 = 32 kHz, 2 = 44.1 kHz, 3 = 48 kHz, 4 = 88.2 kHz,
5 = 96 kHz, 6 = 176.2 kHz, 7 = 192 kHz [Default]: Values in parentheses

Specify audio format and max. sampling frequency which are enabled to be output.
If you send only parameters of audio formats which are enabled to be output, the
audio formats with no parameter sent are automatically set to “0” (Output disabled).
You do not need to send “0” parameter normally.
Linier PCM is always enabled, you can skip this menu if you do not need to change
sampling frequency.
