8. You can copy and paste this icon multiple times to create an icon for each server

you manage.

For more information on using Windows NT console redirection, see the "Console
Redirection" section in Chapter 5.

Option 2: Managing a server using a dedicated terminal
or other terminal emulation package

If you will be managing a server using either a direct terminal connection, or wish to
use a terminal emulation package other than HP Remote Assistant Communications
Software (Terminal Plus) or pcANYWHERE32 provided with this product, make sure
of the following:

Your terminal emulation package provides remote dial-in and communications
features (for example, Kermit on UNIX workstations).

If you are using a dedicated terminal or other terminal emulation software, you
need to make sure that the remote terminal settings are correct for the maximum
quality and performance of console redirection. (See Chapter 2 for more
information on configuring HP Remote Assistant for remote management.)

If you are using an HP-UX workstation as a remote console, see the section
"Connecting to HP Remote Assistant from an HP-UX Workstation," later in this
chapter.

The remote console display will more closely resemble the actual server display if you
use a PC-based color ANSI terminal emulator that supports 25-lines and the PC
character set. The tables below provide the terminal settings and parameters you
should configure for using the HP Remote Assistant.
