29. Install a new sheave on the telescope cylinder.
30. Install the outer mid extend cables into the cable
pulley at the rod end of the telescope cylinder.
31. Install the other end of the outer mid extend cables
into the cable guide block.
32. Route the cables around the sheave on the cylinder
and install the cable retainer block.
33. Using an adequate lifting device, insert the cylinder
and cables part way into the inner mid boom.
