COOLING SYSTEM
The box of the lithium battery pack is equipped with an
automatic cooling system (see diagram below). The cool-
ing air is forced in a circuit with 2 fans, which come into
operation only when the average temperature of the bat-
tery pack exceeds 30°C. If the temperature of the battery
pack exceeds 50°C the contactor automatically opens the
contact and the machine is blocked to allow the cooling of
the system.
The cold air is forced by the first fan (blue arrow in the dia-
gram) to cross a trek between the cells. Once the air is
warmed up, it moves up naturally and it is forced outside
by the second fan (red arrow in the diagram).
