BMS fault codes
In any case, when the display shows a fault code of the
BMS, we suggest to connect Rahmino software to the
machine.
EXAMPLES OF BMS ERROR
02 – UNEXPECTED VOLTAGE:
In case of one cell reach 3650 mV the BMS will disconnect
the lithium pack and the system will show the “UNEX-
PECTED VOLTAGE” error. This could be caused by a fail-
ure on BMS that doesn’t recognize one cell or cannot
connect it to the discharging resistance.
05 - OVERCURRENT CHARGE:
While the lithium pack is warm and one cell is already at
the maximum value, when the battery charger is suddenly
connected for a while one impulse of current will feed the
pack, in this case could happen that the system will show
the “OVERCURRENT CHARGE” error.
