DL1-DL2 green LED permanently ON: load cell/rotation

DL1 red LED permanently ON: electric motor ON
DL2 yellow LED permanently OFF or blinking: Charging
completed, battery in maintaining
DL3 green LED permanently ON: power ON
DL3 green LED flashing : current required is too high (it
could be due to battery level too low or to the contemporary
condition of battery level low and electric motor running)
