Is it possible to charge the battery?

Try to connect the network cable 110-220V, and look for
the battery charger light; after two minutes, is it red or is it
flashing green/red?

If it flashes red go to step 6, if it flashes green/red go to
step 7.

The system works correctly. Keep the network cable until
the light on the battery charger will flash yellow.

Test the machine again, if the problem still, go to step 9

7 – Connecting the network cable 110-220V, after two min-
utes the light on the battery charger flashes red/green.

Meaning: The battery charger doesn’t find the battery
package 72 Volt.

Check fuse F1, then check fuse F3, then check the gray/
red wire connected from the pin N° 5 of the “6 ways BC
connector” (page Z3 of the wiring diagram) to the pin N° 2
of the “5 ways BMS connector” (page Z5 of the wiring dia-
gram) of the BMS.

Then check the connection from the “5 ways BMS con-
nector” and the BMS.

Are all the connections and the feeds ok?If Yes go to step
8, if no go to step 9

8 – All the connections and the feeds are ok.

Open the BMS cover and check if the feed leds are on
(yellow circle), then check if the Can Bus Leds are ON
(yellow square).

If all the connection are ok but there are not feed leds on
the BMS, replace the BMS.

If the feed connections and feed leds are ok, but the Can
Bus leds are OFF, check the Can Bus connections (page
Z6 of the wiring diagrams)

9 – Battery charger works good, but the battery level indi-
cated on the display remain “zero”.

Wrench icon appears on the display?

If yes go to step 10, if no go to step 17.
