Check the voltage of the lead battery.
Is it more than 12 Volt?
If yes go to step 23, if no go to step 22.
22 – Lead battery voltage is less than 12 Volt.
Charge the battery by an external battery charger, then
test the machine again
23 – Lead battery voltage is more than 12 Volt.
Take note of the correct voltage on the lead battery, than
turn on the machine: is the voltage value higher (12,8 Volt
or more)?
If yes go to step 24, if no go to step 25.
24 – Volt at the lead battery with the machine on are
higher (12,8 Volt or more) than the ones with the machine
off.
DC-DC works properly, so to charge the lead battery it is
necessary to leave the machine on for some hours, or it is
necessary to connect the network cable for some hours.
If the lead battery will not receive the charge, replace the
lead battery
25 – Volt at the lead battery with the machine on, are
exactly the same with the machine off.
In this case the DC-DC doesn’t work.
Check fuse F4, then check Relay R1 (page Z2 of the wir-
ing diagram).
If everything is ok, check the connections from the lead
battery 12 Volt and the DC-DC.
G – Ventilation fans don’t work
Check fuse F2, then check the fans timer “T1” (page Z5 of
the wiring diagram).
If it is all ok, check the connection from the 12 Volt lead
battery to the BMS (Feed connector – R1 – R4 – T1 5
ways BMS connector – BMS).
H – Battery charger doesn’t work properly
Try to connect the network cable, and check the battery
charger light; after two minutes, is it red or is it flashing
red/green?
If it is red, go to step 6, if it is red/green, go to step 7.

Check the value “battery %” in the INPUT menu, press
button number 6 “service”, then 1 “input”, then 1 “previ-
ous”. Press button number 9 “Esc” to go back.

If during the charge the battery level is changing intermit-
tently from 100% to another value, go to step 21.
If during the charge the battery level is not 100%, leave the
machine under charge for a complete night.
