3. The csv files can be opened, edited, and saved using a word processing
program such as Word, WordPad, or Notepad. The Station and User csv files
consist of the Station or User ID number and its associated name. Below is an
example of the Station csv file opened in WordPad.
Any existing Station or User IDs will be displayed. Undefined Station or User
IDs will appear as dashes. To edit a Station or User ID, delete either the
existing name or the dashes and replace them with the desired name. The
name may consist of any letter, number, or character.
4. Save the changes you made to the csv file.
