Calibrating an Instrument with Special Sensors • 92

If you are calibrating an instrument or instruments with 2 special sensors, this
confirmation screen will indicate that the calibration cylinder for the first special
sensor (in this case, NH

3

) must be connected to the GAS 2 fitting first and that

you must change the GAS 2 cylinder midway through the calibration (in this
example, to IBL). The GAS 2 shown in the middle column will always be
calibrated before the GAS 2 shown in the right column. The GAS 2 selection
boxes are deselected by default. You must select the GAS 2 boxes if you wish
to calibrate the special sensors. If you do not wish to calibrate the special
sensors, leave the GAS 2 boxes deselected. Be sure that the appropriate GAS
2 cylinder is connected to the GAS 2 fitting.
