Option Settings

Settings, such as display unit and I/O terminal mode, are available on the LS-7600 Series.

Option Settings

The following option settings are available.
• Tolerance mode:

Sets the tolerance mode to use either reference values or
thresholds.

• Timing mode:

Sets the timing input terminals for OUT1 and OUT2 respec-
tively.

• Unit:

Changes the display unit of measured values.

• Minimum display unit: Changes the minimum display unit of measured values.
• I/O mode:

Changes the I/O connector mode to SUB from BCD or vice
versa.

• Graph TIME:

Sets the display period of trend graphs.

• Group processing:

Turn the group processing function ON or OFF and set the
number of groups. Refer to Group processing as page 5-65 for
details.

• Statistical processing: Turn the statistical processing function ON or OFF. Make

external or internal synchronous settings when the function is
turned ON. If internal synchronous settings are made, set the
number of statistical data items as well.
Refer to Statistical Processing on page 5-66 for details.

• Application function:

The application function is used to measure the external
diameter measurement of work pieces with odd-numbered
teeth (DRILL) or to measure the outer diameter or width of
large objects with two measuring heads (DUAL). Refer to the
Application Functions on pages 5-68 and 5-70 for details.

Option Setting Method

Take the following procedure if the remote control console is used.

Set the [Slide Switch] key to PROG.

The LCD monitor changes to the PRO-
GRAM SETUP screen from the RUN
screen.

Press the [Down] key and move the
cursor to OPTION.

The setting items appear on the LCD
monitor.

Press the [ENT] key.

The cursor frame is displayed on the set
item.
