Mutual Interference Prevention Function

This function prevents mutual interference that may result when two measuring heads
are located at right angles. With the function used, the LED light sources are turned
sequenced ON and OFF.

Note:

If the mutual interference prevention function is used, the following settings
will change.
• The sampling cycle of measurement will be set to 1,200 times per second.
• The averaging number preset will be halved by the LS-7600 Series while in

operation.
Example: If it is set to 512 times, the number of actual averaging times will
be 256 times.

• The response delay time with the averaging number set to 1 will be the

same as that with the averaging number set to 2. If the averaging number
preset is 2 or over, there will be no difference in response delay time. (See
page 9-5)

This cannot be used when the measuring head models are different.

Press the [Up or Down] key and select H-SYNC.

Press the [ENT] key.
The cursor moves to the setting item.

Press the [Up or Down] key to turn the function ON or OFF.
The following table lists available setting items with corresponding displays on the
LCD monitor.

Buzzer

Take the following steps to activate the buzzer when control panel or remote control con-
sole keys are pressed.

Press the [Up or Down] key and select BEEP.

Press the [ENT] key.
The cursor moves to the setting item.

Press the [Up or Down] key to turn the function ON or OFF.
The following table lists available setting items with corresponding displays on the
LCD monitor.

The buzzer turns ON.

The buzzer turns OFF.
