5. Focus and Brightness (Exposure) Settings
¢1 When the [ISO Limit Set] (P170) of [Rec] menu is set to anything except [OFF], it is set
automatically within the value set in [ISO Limit Set].
¢2 Only available when [Extended ISO] is set.
• [ ] is not available in Shutter-Priority AE Mode and Manual Exposure Mode.
• [AUTO] and [ ] are not available when taking pictures with the shutter speed set to [B] (Bulb)
in Manual Exposure Mode.
• When [Multi Exp.] is set, the maximum setting is [ISO3200].
• In Creative Video Mode or when recording 4K photos, the settings below are available.
[AUTO]/[200] to [6400]
AUTO
The ISO sensitivity is automatically adjusted according to the
brightness.
• Maximum [ISO3200] (With the flash on [ISO1600]) ¢1
(Intelligent)
The camera detects movement of the subject and then
automatically sets the optimum ISO sensitivity and shutter
speed to suit the movement of the subject and brightness of
the scene to minimize the jitter of the subject.
• Maximum [ISO3200] (With the flash on [ISO1600]) ¢1
• The shutter speed is not fixed when the shutter button is
pressed halfway. It is continuously changing to match the
movement of the subject until the shutter button is pressed
fully.

The ISO sensitivity is fixed to various settings.
• When the [ISO Increments] in [Rec] menu (P170) is set to
[1/3 EV], items of ISO sensitivity that can be set will
increase.
