Remarks: Sets the pre trigger percentage of the profile screen. The percentage of
the data collection period that shows pretrigger infomation if the display
trigger delay is 1/PRF.

Remarks: If GRSWS is set to ON, the points on the graph represent the averaged
value of that point against its averaged value since either the graph
averageing was reset, or since it was turned on.
