10. Insert the rear roller pin (1), rear rollers (2) and

shims (3) according to their previously labeled
positions. Coat the pin bolt (4) with Loctite

®

242 (blue).

Replace pin bolt (4) and locknut (5) on the roller
pin (1). Torque pin bolt to, 43 - 78 lb-ft (59 - 106 Nm).

11. Coat the capscrews (6) with Loctite

®

242 (blue).

Replace four capscrews (6) securing the hydraulic
junction manifold (7) to the transfer carriage (8).
Torque capscrews to, 8 - 22 lb-ft (11 - 31 Nm).

12. Secure the slave cylinder with a sling and take up

any slack.

13. Lift the slave cylinder (9) into position and insert the

pin (10). Coat the bolt with Loctite

®

242 (blue). Install

the bolt (11) and locknut (12). Torque bolt to,
9 - 22 lb-ft (17 - 31 Nm).

14. Repeat steps 12 and 13 for the other slave cylinder.

15. Coat the capscrew (15) with Loctite

®

242 (blue).

Replace the hydraulic tubes (13) and mounting
bracket (14) with capscrew (15). Torque capscrew to,
8 - 22 lb-ft (11 - 31 Nm). Torque the hydraulic
tubes (13) to the hydraulic junction manifold (16) to
45 - 59 lb-ft (61 - 80 Nm).

16. Replace the slave cylinder hydraulic hoses (17)

according to their previously labeled positions.
Torque the connections at the slave cylinder (18) to,
50 - 60 lb-ft (67 - 81 Nm). Torque the connection at
the hydraulic tubes to, 45 - 59 lb-ft (61 - 80 Nm).

WARNING:

To avoid personal injury

and/or equipment damage, supporting the
slave cylinder is essential when lifting and
reinstalling it back on the vehicle. Make sure
that the slave cylinder is properly supported
until it is completely installed.
