10. Remove the bolts (1) and stop blocks (2) on both

sides.

11. Remove pin bolt (3) and locknut (4) from rear roller

pin (5). Slide the roller pin out and remove the
rollers (6) and shims (7) from transfer carriage (8).
Count and label the rollers and shims for later
replacement.

Note: New shims have a 0.06 inch (1,5 mm) thickness.

12. Add new shims to the left and/or right side shim

groups as required to achieve proper gap
maximums. Spread shims evenly between the left
and right shim groups.

13. Insert the rear roller pin (5), rear rollers (6) and

shims (7) according to their new positions. Coat the
pin bolt (3) with Loctite

®

242 (blue). Replace pin

bolt (3) and locknut (4) on the roller pin (5). Torque
locknut to, 43 - 78 lb-ft (59 - 106 Nm).

14. Coat the bolts (1) with Loctite

®

242 (blue). Replace the

bolts (1) and stop blocks (2) at the rear, left and right
side of the frame. Torque bolt to, 302 - 390 lb-ft (410
- 530 Nm).

15. Coat the locknuts (9) with Loctite

®

242 (blue). Install

locknuts (9), washers (10), Lull logo plate (11) and
black backing (12) at the rear of the vehicle (13).
Torque locknuts to, 29 - 51 lb-ft (40 - 70 Nm).

WARNING:

To avoid personal injury

the rollers. The transfer carriage may jam at
the narrowest part of the rails and cause the
loss of a load or damage the rollers and/or
rails.
