exceptions (fault) report.

this selection is checked by default. If unchecked, any disruption in phone line
service is deemed non-critical and will not appear in an exceptions (fault) report.

an abnormal audio path test result is deemed non-critical and will not appear in an
exceptions (fault) report.

dial memory numbers are checked against what is stored in he TMA database to
ensure all numbers match. This selection is checked by default, but if unchecked
and the auto-dial memory numbers do not match, it is deemed non-critical and will
not appear in an exceptions (fault) report.

Configuration
Synchronize

When a telephone reports health status via a poll call or call-in, the phone’s
configuration settings are checked against what is stored in the TMA database to
ensure all parameters match. This selection is checked by default, but if
unchecked and the configuration settings do not match, it is deemed non-critical
and will not appear in an exceptions (fault) report.

Voice
Annunciation

If the Voice Annunciation Option is installed in a Type A telephone, the phone
performs a diagnostic test of the Voice Annunciation battery during a poll call.
This selection is checked by default. If unchecked, a “low battery” result is
deemed non-critical and will not appear in an exceptions (fault) report.

In the Critical Failures section, check boxes in column #1–8 are linked to the adjacent drop-down lists in
the Indicator Name #1–8 column. The Indicator Name selections assign a name to an input switch of
the telephones in the system. The selected Indicator Name appears in the Exceptions reports, and also
next to the Critical Failures #1–8 check boxes.
