To change the default settings in the Automated Reports window, perform the following steps:

1. To change the time selection, click on the appropriate hh:mm:ss or AM/PM field and use the Up and

Down arrows.

2. To change (or limit) the Basic Summary report, simply uncheck the appropriate box(s) to omit that

criteria from the report. To disable the Basic Summary report, uncheck the Daily box.

3. To disable the Inactive Phones report, uncheck the Daily box.

Custom Automated Reports

If specific reports are preferred to the default reports, custom reports can be configured in the Automated
Reports window. The following explains how to customize an Automated Report.
