Access PIN Send
Timeout

Sets the time (in seconds) to wait before sending the Access PIN after receiving the
DTMF number from the telephone. This applies for every send of the Access PIN.
The default value is 3 seconds.

Access PIN Poll
Send Timeout

Sets the time (in seconds) to wait before sending the Access PIN after receiving the
DTMF number from the telephone during a poll call. This setting is in addition to
the Access PIN Send Timeout. The default value is 2 seconds.

Access PIN Get
Timeout

Defines the time (in seconds) to wait before asking the telephone for its Access PIN
after the Access PIN has been sent. Sending and receiving of the Access PIN is
performed as part of a verification process. The default value is 0 seconds.

Phone Response
Wait (seconds)

The maximum time (in seconds) that TMA waits to receive the DTMF number from
a telephone after dialing the telephone’s line number. The default value is 45
seconds.

OTE

: If the telephone’s auto-answer exceeds seven ring bursts, this value should be

increased by 5 seconds per ring burst in excess of seven.

Maintenance
Timeout

Defines the time (in seconds) to wait before sending the six * after the number has
been received from the telephone. The default value is 0 seconds.

Serial Timeout

Defines the time (in seconds) to wait before requesting the serial number from a
telephone, during the call-in process. The default value is 4 seconds.

Send DTMF
Timeout

The time (in increments of 50 milliseconds) that TMA will pause after receiving data
from a telephone until the next command is sent. The default value is 3.

OK

When clicked, causes TMA to process the current selections and close the form
window.

Cancel

If clicked, it closes the form window and no processing will occur.

Apply

When clicked, the selections are saved and the form window remains open for
additional selections or changes.
