Automated Reports

After determining the criteria selections that are most important and useful, the reporting process can be
automated on a daily or weekly basis. An automated daily report only includes activity records for the
past 24 hours, whereas an automated weekly report includes activity for the past seven days. A maximum
of ten different saved reports can be automated to run at a time. Each generated report will be sent to the
default printer and additionally sent to the configured e-mail address(es) if E-mail Scheduled
Automated Reports
is enabled on the E-mail Setup Form. Refer to the “E-mail Setup” section on page
111 for additional information.

Considerations:

1. A report can be saved without specifying any limiting criteria so that all applicable information is

presented. This is particularly useful for an Inactive Phone report.

2. Any date criteria specified in a saved report will be ignored when an automatic report is generated

since the auto reports, by nature, will report on specific date-related intervals.

3. To automate a report, criteria must be specified and then saved with a name.

Upon selecting the Automated Reports tab, the following screen will appear.
