Actions Window

The actions window shown below, establishes global settings for obtaining call logs during poll calls or
call-ins when TMA communicates with system phones. This window is separated into three groups for
Poll calls, Call-In calls, and logging the call progress. Each is explained below.

Parameter Function

Get Call Log on
Poll?

When checked, the telephone transfers the specified number of call log records to
the TMA database on each poll call to the phone.

Max. number of
records to receive

This field is not enabled unless the Get Call log on Poll box is checked. A value
of 999 (or greater) in this field will set the maximum number of records to receive
to all. This is a global setting that applies to all telephones, when polled.

Clear call log

When checked, it will ensure the call log is cleared at the completion of each
successful poll call.
