TMA Options
TMA can be customized in terms of how the application interacts with telephones, and how phone
records are displayed. These selections are made in the TMA Options window, which contains four tabs
labeled as: “Communication,” “Actions,” “Graphical” and “Dialing.” Each tab opens a window with
various selections or fields, as follows:
Communication Window
The communications window shown below, establishes global settings for sending and receiving data
when TMA communicates with system phones. Each is explained below.
