1. In the Select a Saved Report field, click on one (or more) of the named report(s) in the list. Upon
making the selection, the report name will move to the “Selected Automated Reports” group. For this
example, the “Maint Call – Admin Bldg” report is selected, as shown below.
2. In the Selected Automated Reports group, use the Daily or Weekly check boxes to select (or
deselect) the frequency of when each report is to be generated.
