Maintenance Log Template
The administrator may make use of the standard text template to keep log records in a standardized
format. The template can be modified, but there is only one template. If the template is changed, only
new records will follow the format. Records created under an old template are not updated to the new
format.
Adding an Entry to Maintenance Log
To add a new entry to a phone’s maintenance log, select
File
in the menu bar, then select
New
in the pop-
up menu, as shown below.
When the window appears, entries can be made in the text area, as shown below.
