7.1 Configuring a ControlLogix CNB
Scanner
Configuring a ControlLogix CNB scanner, and the network, is
mainly done using RSLogix 5000 software (figure 7.1). RSNetWorx
is still required, but only at the end of the configuration process.
Start the RSLogix 5000 software to begin the configuration process.
Step 1. Right-click on the I/O Configuration folder and select
New Module (figure 7.2).
