Apply your MSSQL Standard License Key to the Connex
Server
New Connex Servers ship with a temporary MSSQL key that must be changed to use a
customer supplied key prior to the Connex Server being used in a production
environment. Follow the steps below to apply your license key.
1. Access the Server and navigate to All Programs >Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 >
Configuration Tools > SQL Server Installation Center (x64).
2. Click “Maintenance” then choose “Edition Upgrade”.
3. Click “OK” on the Setup Support Rules screen.
4. Click “Next” to move to the Product Key screen.
5. Enter your Product Key and click Next
