Click Next to start the installation.
Next, choose a destination folder. The default folder is recommended.
Click Next.
After the Email Gateway files are installed, the
NET SatisFAXtion Email Gate-
way Setup program will run. This allows you to configure the gateway with mail
server and mailbox information. See below for details on configuring the gate-
way.

Verify Functionality
By sending a manually constructed email to the fax server, you can verify that
email is successfully making it through your mail server to NET SatisFAXtion.
Simply compose an email and address it similar to
'5550123' <fax@yourcom-
pany.com>
. Replace the “5550123” with a real fax number, and “fax@your-
company.com” with the POP3 mailbox you assigned in the previous steps.
You should receive an email back from the fax server stating that the fax was
sent successfully.
If you receive an error that is clearly from NET SatisFAXtion (and not your mail
server), that is OK (for now), since this indicates the email configuration is
working and the notification did make it correctly back through the mail system
to you.
