Click New.
Click Finish.
Find the Receive Connector you just created. Right-click on it and select Prop-
erties. Select the Authentication tab, then check Externally Secured, and
uncheck every other item.
Finally, go to the Permission Groups tab and check "Exchange Servers" and
"Anonymous Users."
