USER_MESSAGE_PREVIEW : Corresponds to the “Allow this e-mail user to
preview faxes before they are sent” checkbox in Administration. Postpone all
faxes this user sends, to allow their preview with the FaxOut Client Suite.
USER_SHORT_NAME : Not used.
PB_FIRST_NAME : User’s first name.
PB_MIDDLE_NAME : User’s middle name.
PB_LAST_NAME : User’s last name.
Once the spreadsheet is created, save it in Excel 2003 XML Spreadsheet for-
mat.
Run User List Import Export from the Start menu under
Programs NET Satis ⇨ -
FAXtion ⇨ User List Import & Export.
First, the program must connect to the fax server. Click the Logon button in the
tool bar.
