Cover Sheet Selection
The templates available to this user are displayed. To add a new RTF file to this
list, click Add and then browse to the file. Once added to the list, it can be
made the default for this user by selecting the file and clicking the button Make
Default.
This process can be repeated for the Gateway user or individual users.

When Cover Sheets Will Be Used
When creating a document to be faxed from an email message, the presence of
body text is what causes a cover sheet to be generated for that document.
Whatever text is placed in the body of the email message will be placed on the
cover sheet identified by the
$(Cover) placeholder.
