Command Communication Details

In the command communication, there are “Direct control commands” to control the DV-90 directly, and “Setting
commands” to change/confirm the settings of the DV-90.

Procedure for Using the Direct Control Commands

➀Send control commands directly from the PC to the DV-90.

➁The DV-90 sends a response after receiving the command.
• When the command proceeds normally, the DV-90 responds OK.
• When a command is sent to read out the present state, the DV-90 responds with a contents read-

out.

• When an incorrect command is sent, ERR

• The data in the receive buffer can be erased when a command is sent with

top. Add

to the command when unnecessary characters are included in the

receive buffer of the DV-90 because of garbled characters, etc. However,

cannot

be added to the response.

• It is acceptable to add

to the end of the command. However,

the response.

• The form

cannot be used.

• At the command communication, the interval for sending one character (byte) and sub-

sequent characters is 10 seconds or less. The DV-90 deletes characters received after
10 seconds have elapsed.
