7.4.3 Data capture
Data capture settings are used to select the measurement values that will be be
captured and displayed in the Data screen and the output file.
Data can be sent to the Data screen and the output file or to the output file only. Data
capture speeds are increased by sending data to the output file only.
Data can be output to a Microsoft Excel file (Mse1000Data.xlsx) or to a Comma
Separated Value file (Mse1000Data.csv).

Enable/disable data
values To enable or disable the capture of Minimum, Actual and Maximum data values:
Click the «Data capture» button.
Data capture options are displayed at the top of the screen.
Click the «Enabled/Disabled» button next to a measurement value to toggle
between enabled and disabled.

file only To enable or disable the capture of data values to the output file only:
Click the button next to «Spreadsheet only» to toggle between enabled and
disabled.
Select output file type To select the output file type:
Click the «Output File Type» drop down arrow and select a file type.
The updated setting is displayed in the Output File Type text box. A message
verifying the action is displayed in the message area.
