When you have enabled job accounting, you need to enter an Account ID when performing the
following operations.

• Normal transmission

• Delayed transmission

• Broadcast transmission

• Sub address transmission

• Encrypted transmission

• Manual send when dialed from this machine to the receiving system

When job accounting has been enabled, batch transmission function works only for
communication to be performed for the same Account ID. The communication to be performed
with a different Account ID is not conducted as a batch transmission.

Normally, the Local FAX Name is printed in the transmit terminal identification (TTI). However,
when job accounting is enabled and an Account ID is entered when a fax is sent, you can
enable a setting to have the Account Name or Local FAX Name, whichever was selected, be
printed.

IMPORTANT

You can use ‘Make a call’, ‘Checking FAX Job History’ and ‘Communication Control
Report Output’ functions without entering an Account ID or Administrator No.
