Multi Purpose Tray

You can select whether to use the MP tray paper when printing out the received fax.

Reduced RX Size

When the reception size is larger than the paper size, you can reduce the print size.

Reception Date/Time

Reception Date/Time function adds the reception date/time, sender information and number of pages on the top of each
page when the received fax is printed out. It is useful for confirming the time of reception if the fax is from a different time
zone.

Duplex Printing

When received multiple pages of data are the same width, they can be printed out on both sides of paper having the
same width as the data.

For more information about configuring settings, refer to the following:

On

Use the MP tray paper.

Off

Do not use the MP tray paper.

Multi Purpose Tray (page 8-11)

On

Print the received data at 100% of the original size by dividing it
into several sheets of paper.

Off

Print the received data by reducing the original size according to
the paper size.

NOTE

When the received fax data is forwarded after retrieving it from memory, the reception date/
time is not added to the forwarded data.
When the received data is printed on divided pages, the reception date/time is printed on
the first page only. It is not printed on the pages that follow.

Print the reception date/time.

Off

Do not print the reception date/time.
