3.6 Exporting Configuration
In order to bring the configuration to another PC or save it in another location, the
configuration will need to be exported. Also, if you need assistance from ProSoft
Technology’s Technical Support Team, they will ask for your configuration file so
they can examine the details of your configuration.
To export your configuration
a Choose F ILE / E XPORT C ONFIGURATION . You will be prompted for the
location for which to save your .cfg file.
NOTE: Once you download the configuration file to the module, you can also
retrieve it using the U
PLOAD FROM D EVICE TO PC. That process uploads the entire
project. After it has been uploaded, you can choose F ILE / E XPORT to save the file
to your PC.
