Resolving a No Magnetic Strip Present Error
All Troubleshooting procedures assume that only factory-authorized supplies are in use in
the Printer.
Step Procedure
1 Review the following information.
• Symptom: There is no Magnetic Strip present.
• Printer Error State: The Printer is unable to find a Magnetic stripe on
the card.
• LCD Error Display: No Magnetic Strip Present
• Driver Monitor Error Display: No Magnetic Strip Present
