Resolving a Transfer Film Mark Not Found Error
All Troubleshooting procedures assume that only factory-authorized supplies are in use in
the Printer.
Step Procedure

Review the following information.
• Symptom: Transfer Film Mark is not found.
• Printer Error State: The transfer film is jammed, installed improperly,
broken or damaged.
• LCD Error Display: Transfer Film Mark Not Found
• Driver Monitor Error Display: Transfer Film Mark Not Found
