Place the access level in the Level column next to the Description col-
umn.

Important:You do not have to assign all nine levels of access. You can use
up to nine levels; however, if you decide you want to use only five levels,
then 5 would represent the lowest level access in your hierarchical system.

Tools: Enter the access level (1 through 9) necessary to use the
Tools tab options for Purge, Customize, User Titles, Database,
and Setup, and the Local Site Settings tab options from the ribbon.

User Security: Enter the access level (1 through 9) necessary to
reach the Users and Privileges options in the Tools > Security tab.
(This is usually assigned Level 1 Administrator Access.)

Portables: Enter the access level (1 through 9) for CE Batch appli-
cation access available from the Portable tab in the ribbon.

Import/Export: Enter the access level (1 through 9) necessary to
reach the import selections available via the Import tab in the rib-
bon.
